By placing an order through a Group Store, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms. Credit Card Disputes & Chargebacks: If a credit card dispute or chargeback is filed on a Group Store purchase, any related fees assessed to Southeastern Performance Apparel by the bank, credit card processor, or third-party store provider may be passed along to the customer and/or school for resolution.
